Andy Smith
Founder & Director
Our Founder started out with aspirations of becoming a top footballer and although he did make the grade unfortunately injury prevented him from reaching full potential. Turning to coaching he's now over 25yrs experience in developing players having worked in some of UKs Top academies along the way.
Andy Payton
Academy Director
Andy has a wealth of experience in the game having played at a very high level scoring goal where ever he's been. Now on his coaching journey he's an A-Licence coach and a Striker specific coaching Expert.
Sidi Sanogo
Player Development Officer
Sidi is our in house player development 1-2-1 specialist putting players through there paces through his high intensity programme.
Now living in the UK he started his football journey in Spain. He's fluent in three languages and currently plays at none league level. He gained his coaching qualifications through a college education, He's currently at UCLAN completing Degree in sports coaching and performance.
